Mark is a licensed real estate professional, responsible for the operations side of the real estate practice. He is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies designed to sell homes for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time. Mark is also responsible for developing winning strategies for locating and purchasing homes for his Buyer clients. He has a proven track record of locating and purchasing the best possible home for the lowest possible price. Mark honed his negotiating skills while President and Founder of Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a Texas Corporation specializing in the purchase and sale of problematic real estate. Mark’s expertise in networking has resulted in the development of key business partners who provide excellent professional services for his client base. He has designed the practice as a referral based business by consistently delivering exceptional services.

Suzanne Fuller Operations Manager
Suzanne manages all the business and financial details of the practice. She efficiently manages each transaction and assists the clients in meeting all contractual deadlines. She implements and facilitates the marketing strategies, property showings, inspections, financing, and the actual closing of the purchase. She also provides quality control management of all documents in order to maintain strict compliance with state and local regulations. Suzanne stays in direct contact with the clients by keeping them abreast of all critical stages of the transaction. She is also in constant contact with area businesses and delivers an excellent transaction team for the clients. Her previous position as an assistant to the president of a major Houston corporation gained her proficiency in multi-tasking, organizational skills and business management. A proven leader, she teaches classes to Keller Williams’s agents and has spoken on several leadership panels. She is asked to train others on how to run a business efficiently using organizational skills and proven systems.
